Victorian fascinator – Vélvina

Vélvina is a Victorian style fascinator dressed in white and covered with turquoise plumetis muslin on the top.
Surrounded by white lace and a turquoise plumetis chiffon ruffle.
A bow on the front as well as a small one on each side, and a double bow on the top, at the back of the white hand-stitched hat, covered with turquoise plumetis muslin.
Overhung by two turquoise-tinted ostrich feathers.
On the back, a white hand-stitched bow covered in turquoise plumetis muslin with its train in turquoise plumetis muslin.
Two white satin ribbons to tie around the neck.
