This is to add on when you’re in a hurry for that last minute order. It will push your order as a priority to the top of the making list. This means that other orders are put aside, to make yours first.

This kind of add on is necessary when you need the piece made within a few days in order to get your piece sent to you on time.

For International orders, shipping time is a factor. Even if you need your piece in 3 weeks, it still has to be made in a week and sent as soon as possible to be able to get there in time, even with an express post upgrade.
