This wig is sewn on a rubber (natural latex) bald-head instead of the usual textile. It is large enough and has enough depth and elasticity, so it can be worn normally by most adults up to 24″ circumference.
In fact it even fits me (yep! it’s me on the pictures) having a circumference of 25.5″, although I had to place some orange hair to cover my own black hair near ears.
