Unless we send you the wrong color or style of the item you purchased, if that is the case, we will happily exchange it for the right one as long as it is not used. If you make a mistake on the shipping address on the order we can not change it with a message, you will need to request a cancelation of the order and place the order again. If the order has already shipped we can not retrieve it or replace the item already shipped.
