Wearable “clone trooper phase 2” 3D printed helmet raw parts

This full sized phase 2 clone trooper helmet comes straight off our fleet of new bambu printers, ready for a light sanding and painting. The model comes in several pieces and requires some assembly.

All our models are printed at 0.2mm in super strong PETG filament, meaning they are tough but easy to sand and paint.
Our models come in very simple kits that require some assembly. We recommend epoxy along most of the seams for a lasting bond and some drops of super glue for an instant bond while the epoxy cures.

As our models are 3D printed, there may occasionally be irregularities like faint layer lines or print blemishes. All our models come in a raw state that can be sanded if you so choose. If any blemishes or marks are deemed too obvious then we will reprint the model with minimum delay. If the marks are on the inside or bottom of the model where they won’t be seen, then these won’t be reprinted.

We can usually have a model printed up and shipped out within a week but depending on how busy we are, this can be up to 2 weeks.

If you would like it to be printed in a specific colour then don’t hesitate to message and if we have it in stock, we will more than happily oblige. Otherwise the models will come in a random colour but most commonly in white or grey.
