Silk Silver makes the blade look painted when it is not! It will keep its shine and not smear off.This item requires glue to be put together. This item is PLASTIC and can break if mis-handled or dropped.

Only the blade is painted to get that metallic finish but the handle is not. It does come with the black and gold trim.
